Assist and support Recruitment Assistant, Recruitment Specialists and Recruitment Supervisor /Team Leader
Perform clerical functions
Post job vacancies in various websites and job portals
Update hospital directory every now and then
Forward retrieved CVs vacancy respondents to team members
Facilitate the applicants’ written examinations and forms required by the client
Encode or generate Personal Qualification Data of applicants
Assist team members in updating the status of applicants/candidates in Abba online system.
Assist team members in scanning CV full files and other documents.
Request and prepare the office supplies needed for the employer’s interview from the Administrative Department
Prepare forms and other documentary requirements needed for the employer’s interview
Provide assistance in confirming the line-up’s attendance, drafting job offers, encoding recruitment trip summary report and catering the needs of the client during the employer’s interview
Organize, safe keep and make sure that the files of the interviewed candidates are complete
Send documents via post
Encode and update applicants details in clients’ portal
Create forms and master lists that may be needed by team members
Save documents in proper format
Assist team members in sending vacancy email invitations and text messages
Assist team members in posting vacancies in different facebook pages and groups
Learn how to operate a computer, scanner, photocopier, lcd screen, shredder, phone, fax machine and other ofice equipment that will be utilized in performing tasks efficiently
Familiarize self with new applications and job portals which are needed in the recruitment process
Search data needed for reports of team meembers
Answer and transfer phone calls
Manage the team’s database and anticipate occasions when multitasking will be required
Familiarize self with recruitment terms, process and can answer basic recruitment questions
Ensure that personal information of data subjects are protected
Perform other related tasks that may be assigned to him from time to time by the Supervisor of the company
