 QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • Education:
    • Must meet MBO-4 (Dutch vocational) equivalent level
    • Candidates with Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) certifications are highly relevant
  • Must have strong English communication skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license (minimum 2 years remaining validity)
  • With experience in food manufacturing, preferably bakery or similar high-speed production environments (70% Electrical / 30% Mechanical)


KEY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • PLC troubleshooting (Siemens / Allen Bradley preferred)
  • Electrical fault diagnostics on production lines
  • Experience with:
    • Motors, drives, and frequency inverters
    • Control circuits and panels
    • Sensors and automated systems
  • Basic mechanical skills:
    • Hydraulics
    • Pneumatics
  • Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Experience with automated / high-speed production lines
  • Experience with heavy current / 3-phase power systems

WORKING PATTERN
  • 2-2-1 shift system (rotating schedule)
  • Average: 38 hours per week
  • Shift rotation: 2 mornings, 2 afternoons, and 1 night shift. 
  • Several consecutive days off between rotations
  • Candidates must be comfortable working in a structured shift environment
