QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Education:
- Must meet MBO-4 (Dutch vocational) equivalent level
- Candidates with Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) certifications are highly relevant
- Must have strong English communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license (minimum 2 years remaining validity)
- With experience in food manufacturing, preferably bakery or similar high-speed production environments (70% Electrical / 30% Mechanical)
KEY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- PLC troubleshooting (Siemens / Allen Bradley preferred)
- Electrical fault diagnostics on production lines
- Experience with:
- Motors, drives, and frequency inverters
- Control circuits and panels
- Sensors and automated systems
- Basic mechanical skills:
- Hydraulics
- Pneumatics
- Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance
- Experience with automated / high-speed production lines
- Experience with heavy current / 3-phase power systems

WORKING PATTERN
- 2-2-1 shift system (rotating schedule)
- Average: 38 hours per week
- Shift rotation: 2 mornings, 2 afternoons, and 1 night shift.
- Several consecutive days off between rotations
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a structured shift environment
