Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office and recruitment activities. This role is responsible for coordinating with applicants, managing documentation, maintaining records, handling communications, and supporting the recruitment team in achieving organizational goals and recruitment targets.

Qualifications:
- 4-year course graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Office Administration, or any related field
- 1 year of work experience in an Administration, Support, or Coordination role, preferably in Recruitment or Marketing, is an advantage but not required
- Flexible and highly adaptable
- Positive and professional attitude
- Strong written and oral English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Residing within Iloilo City

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with applicants regarding application requirements, schedules, and recruitment updates.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Prepare reports and provide administrative support to daily office operations.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries through social media platforms.
  • Accommodate and assist walk-in applicants.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to recruitment and administrative concerns.
  • Schedule interviews and facilitate applicant endorsements when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with established recruitment procedures and company policies.
  • Perform other administrative and recruitment-related duties as assigned.
