Vacancy:
Role: Maintenance Technician (Industrial / Food Manufacturing)
Industry: Industrial Bakery
- 70% Electrical / 30% Mechanical
- Experience in food manufacturing, preferably bakery or similar high-speed production environments
- Strong focus on fault-finding and troubleshooting
Key Technical Requirements
- PLC troubleshooting (Siemens / Allen Bradley preferred)
- Electrical fault diagnostics on production lines
- Experience with:
- Motors, drives, and frequency inverters
- Control circuits and panels
- Sensors and automated systems
- Basic mechanical skills:
- Hydraulics
- Pneumatics
- Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance
- Experience with automated / high-speed production lines
- Experience with heavy current / 3-phase power systems
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
- Education:
- Equivalent to MBO-4 (Netherlands)
- Candidates with Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) certifications are highly relevant
- Good English communication skills
- Willingness to relocate and commit long-term
- Valid driver’s licence (minimum 2 years remaining validity)
Salary & Benefits Package:
- Salary: approx. €4,364/month (gross)
- Annual holiday allowance (8%)
- Paid vacation leave (approx. 160 hours/year)

Working Pattern
- 2-2-1 shift system (rotating schedule)
- Average: 38 hours per week
- Shift rotation: 2 mornings, 2 afternoons, and 1 night shift.
- Several consecutive days off between rotations
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a structured shift environment
