Job Description:
● Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide professional advice
on hairstyles, beard styles, and grooming
● Cut, trim, fade, and style hair using scissors, clippers, and razors
● Trim, shape, and groom beards and mustaches
● Perform traditional and modern barbering services (e.g. hot towel shaves, line-ups)
● Wash, condition, and treat hair and scalp when required
● Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation for tools, workstations, and the shop
● Clean, sharpen, and properly maintain barbering tools and equipment
● Ensure client comfort and deliver excellent customer service
● Keep up to date with current trends, techniques, and products in barbering
● Recommend and sell grooming products when appropriate
● Manage appointments and adhere to scheduled time slots
